Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Will Thornton, a native of southeastern Virginia, studied biology at the University of Virginia before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. After completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, Dr. Thornton moved to Washington, DC, in 2005. His patient-centered approach to dental care allows him to provide exceptional outcomes.

Dr. Nathan Van der Linden is a new Dental Associate at Thornton Dental Associates. Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Dalhousie University. After practicing in his hometown, he moved to Washington, DC, and enjoys gardening and furniture design in his spare time.
